thats...pretty explecitly doing exactly that lol, theres not alot of room for interpretation there so yes, yes they did.

but also this, the summoner prefixes for example were(equally explicitly(and iirc by cenx as well)) said to have broken the class and been scrapped.

When we went to add certain suggestions we found that they horribly broke the games balance. Due to that reason we left them out of the game.
