Warm Water
The Destroyer
Something to note is that whenever this gets bumped, there's a good chance new content is added to the suggestion.
Sky islands are really cool, but it's sort of sad how the sky lacks anything unique aside from 10 items or so. Since it would be a bit too much work to add in something like a boss, I instead propose smaller things, such as making it look more distinct from just purity.
To give examples of this, I made a grass variant sprite sheet and a pylon sprite for the sky, as a way of showing how the sky could look:
As an example of how this would look, here is an artist's (me) recreation of the tiles manually editted onto a real sky island, along with drawing the trees to fit the sky more as well:
With a new wood type comes new furniture and gear, and here it is:
First off, we have Cloudwood Armour.
Bigger:
And then we have the tools!
(pretend I've made them already, currently in the process of spriting.)
I'd imagine stuff like the cloudwood sword would be crafted with one fallen star as well as the wood necessary
Bigger:
Finally, we have the furniture set (still not fully sprited):
Bigger:
After a while, I've finally made sprites for Star Torches, basically the sky version of normal torches:
(bigger version)
I've also made a Bunny Variant, because it can be made even cuter than Angora texture pack, and must be added to the game. We cannot be robbed of this.
Introducing:
My Most Favourite Creation.
Cloud Bnnuy
Here is also a less cute but still alright critter:
The Cloud Squirrel
After public demand, I've made a cloud butterfly:
