One day a year, wouldn't you love to just screw with the minds of the unsuspecting Terrarian? You should utilize April the 1st to its full potential! Think about it! Boss spawn messages appearing at random with no bosses. Bunnies make zombie sounds. The corruption spawns unicorns. Dryad looks like Santa. Clothier sells paint. The guide randomly dies for no reason. A swarm of hell bats appear on screen, then suddenly disappear. The possibilities are endless! I implore you...bring out your inner prankster!

The message "The ancient spirits of light and dark have been released" to screw with people in both pre- and hardmode. Also "A solar eclipse is happening!" when it's just a normal day.

More often than not, NPCs talk backwards.

When in the Dungeon, a fake Dungeon Guardian spawns. When it hits you, it just explodes into confetti.

Anything subtle, and actually pretty funny. Players don't lose or gain anything.

Doctor Wily is right, instead of annoying fake outs for April Fools, there should be entertaining and silly additions, like the appearance of armors, accessories, and dyes being randomly switched with each other, or Cthulhu finally being added to the game in the form of a jellyfish!

They make a big show and announcement of an April Fool's update kind of like Duke Fishron. People get all crazy excited, because that is what happened last time. And this time, they actually do nothing. When people get confused, they all laugh at them.

And then they put in all the crazy they said the NEXT DAY.
