Explain a terraria enemy/boss badly

(Less traditional enemy than the Torch God, almost an npc)
Shoots out really cool sprites with each attack, every interaction provides a (small) chance for progression, and can hurt everything but critters. Doesn't drop items, but some bosses drop items that look similar. Less experienced players may not recognize the differences between attacks in each cycle.
It is definitely vanilla, and currently in every version, though certain attacks don't show on 3DSand Old-gen. I'll design a glider for the first person to guess right, according to their specifications.

(Wyverns) Happy dragon bois that charge at you as fast as a car.
(Everscream) The Cooler Daniel... Literally.
(Moon Lord) A "god" that can be defeated by a mortal... even if that mortal has no armor and/or a gun that spits sand.

So we hold an eyeball into the air and fight Mike wazowski. Like Mike wazowski, this guy is noticeable for only having 1 eye, unlike Mike wazowski, he is... Only an eyeball. He also spews mini wazowskis at you. They make the fight easier for some reason. So after poking Mike with a g u n, he decides to open his mouth and again make the fight easier. Unless you're playing on less easy mode, in which case he becomes jetstream Sam from metal gear rising revengeance and not let you hit him.

well it's not really a flower it's more like a tentacled squid but at the moment its a flower.

So basically as soon as you p i c k the "flower" it evolves instantaneously into a

Terraria is a difficult game, but every boss can be defeated. Except one...
The Golem is the only only Terraria Boss that is impossible to beat. Even with a Maxed out gear set, and a Zenith, and every buff in the game, you cannot defeat it. There has been somewhat effective cheeses to get it below 99% health, but even then it's quite pointless for progression. It was created as a obstacle, a force of nature, not a challenge to overcome, a being to avoid. See the Dungeon Guardian or Daytime EOL on Master Mode for a much easier fight.

To be fair, hard as it is, (it gave me more trouble than Plantera last time I played through on normal mode,) it's pretty easy for most players. There will be reminders.
