It could spawn next to the ocean, and fishing by it would increase how fast you get fish. The roots would be left over when you cut it on the surface, and it would grow again but very slowly. Mangrove Armor, weapons, and furniture could be crafted. In large worlds, more mangroves can spawn next to the ocean. Fishing here and spawning Duke Fishron would destroy the roots underwater.
They could also spawn very rarely underwater in the ocean as well, which increases the speed of getting fish much more than the ones that spawn on the surface next to the ocean.

The ocean should also be bigger as suggested in the title, containing small islands that can contain one tree of any kind and sometimes a single normal chest. It could be a biome chest or a normal one.
