You cannot.

You can use the Dedicated Server App for Mobile on your PC, but you cannot host a 1.3.5.3 world and have mobile folks join it.

Does anyone know any video guide or very detailed guide I can use for Multiplayer? I can't seem to get it. I've tried port forwarding but no one can connect to my world. If I'm correct I followed every step in this forum's guide but to no avail I still failed. I have no idea which is what I'll put here in this port forwarding.
