One Piece / Devil Fruit, Haki, etc Mod?

I've been playing the Dragon Ball mod and I really like the way it feels, and I was wondering if anyone has ever thought about creating a mod based on One Piece? I feel like the Devil Fruits and all that could work really well if implemented correctly.
