I mean, their salaries might be lower, but they also get campaign funds, bribes and claiming on expenses.

I forgot about qualifications. In Australia, a lot of the politicians have an occupational background in business, so I guess the qualification demands for politics aren't awfully high.

Ah, okay. That's alright then. I was not sure what you meant by very little.
 
I don't know about every other country out there, but in my country (a South American one) a low-rank nobody in the Political career earns much more than a freaking surgeon. It's what makes me consider politicians as a virus, they just want more money, it doesn't matter whether the victim runs out of money, they'll still try to suck you out of what you don't have anyways.

And I'm not taking bribes, campaign funds or other such "extras" either.

Oh, also, if one of those, uhm, respectable human beings ever gets to be a president, they get a retirement 'salary' worth killing for*. If they have the fortune of being presidents twice, well... I won't even bother calculating how much they would get.

* This is not "retirement" as in "you're too old to work" but as in "you're not currently the president, so to thank you for robbing us, we'll give you a :red:ton of money on the side."

Yeah, that seems pretty standard in South America and Africa *cough*lowGDP*cough*. My state has a premier who gave himself a pretty big raise. He is kinda getting shat on in the opinion polls and there's an election before the month ends.

Oh yes, and I :red:ing hate the whole concept of retirement salary. It's the biggest bull:red: there is and it needs to be scrapped. Completely an asinine concept.

Find the picture you want, right click it, select "Copy Image Location", find where you want to put it in your signature, click there, click the icon one to the right of the smiley face in the bar above the text box, paste the Image Location in there, and enjoy your new image. Don't worry about the image not showing up in the preview, they never do. To make sure the image is working go to the "Information" tab in your profile.

Make sure that the image is no taller than 150px.
Upload the image to somewhere like imgur if it's on you computer.
Right click the image and click "Copy image URL".
Click your name in the top-right of this site and click on "Signature" in the drop-down menu.
In the toolbar at the top of the editing palette click the image of the mountains and the sun, between the smiley face and the film tape.
Paste the image URL you copied into the box that appears and press "Insert".

Nothing's free in this life. Most likely a scam of some kind - sometimes the "pay" is not visible at first glance.

I would scan my computer thoroughly if I were you. You may find a wooden horse in it now.
 
Can anyone help me this morning whenever I open my game and go to select a world my world 1.2 is not there and it says the save file 1.2 was created with a newer version of terraria and couldn't be opens. pls help
 
It's to keep all those who keep on derailing other threads anyway from derailing those other threads.

I once woke up hungover at a friend's place with my pants, literally, on the roof of his house. That's a fun story!

Anyway, in the end I climbed a ladder to get them, and I fell from the ladder. Right in the nearest rose bush.
