Casual Random Chitchat Thread

All this talk about futuristic games makes me want to have a Tribe's Ascension / Quake like game where you jump around with a dubstep gun and have to shoot along with the beat.

Someone already tried that. Don't remember the name of the game, but I saw it floating around Steam's F2P section.

Anyhow... Jumping? "OMG U BUNNYHOPPER LERN 2 PLAY!" :dryadcool:

Wonder how many players will blame Quake Online for their lack of understanding of what the spacebar should be used for.

I fully expect the whole last post wins thread to be nuked from orbit by mods because some people have been doing nothing but post in it all morning. And it will be glorious :naughty:

Le random wise words:

"What happened to the suicidal blond? She dyed by her own hand."

"If a man says something in the middle of the forest, and there's no feminist around, is he still wrong?"

"When someone else falls off a cliff to their death, it's comedy. When I break a nail, it's tragedy." - Mark Twain.

"If I had a dollar for every time a villain told me they would kill me, I would be rotten richer." - Tony Stark aka Ironman.

"Money is the root of all evil, and it's also full of germs. Save yourself, leave it all here." - A sign I have in my bar.

Because Forum games are there to not be posted in at all. :dryadwhat:

They could always edit the last person's post an explain their reasoning that way, keeping in the spirit of the thread and at the same time explaining why everything went to :red:.

Hrm? Whats wrong with people posting in them? The only thing I can think of is a bandwith issue. (Like over at the Starbound forum, topics have to be closed once they hit 500 posts or so.) Well that or Like farming, but I don't think thats against the rules either.

Posts in the Forum Games section count towards your Post Count, which encourages spam. :c
