I am getting closer to the control panels now, and it is here that I really notice the gravity of the situation to its fullest (no pun intended).
The particle accelerator has been partially engulfed— by strange matter... Oh no.
How did this happen?.. I was under the thought that strange matter was completely theoretical... I snap out of my thoughts, realising that if we don't keep it away from any solid object, it will assimilate the entire world... A far worse fate than instant removal.

"Strange matter!" I shout, hoping General could hear me over the roaring winds of the wormholes.
