one reason i think people leave and/or forget to continue helping with the mod, is that it simply is taking a long time for a release, and so, even though im sure a lot of people still want to see this amazing creation, they will lose interest if there is no content to actually try out before the full release, another example to why, is by looking at tremor, its major update has been in work for a long time, and people are starting to get a little agitated that they havent had anything new to do for a long time (also because of some bugs that couldve easily been fixed ages ago, but zadum decided not too).
 
Hello everyone! I have resolved many of my issues over vacation and I am feeling quite refreshed. I apologize for such the long lack of updates and spoilers, but from this point out, we should be back in business! Once again, I thank you all for being so patient with us, as this mod is long overdue. ;)

Hype train... commence!

Hey i jsut recently started using mods because normal terraria has gotten too boring for me. Do you by any chance have a expected date for this? Like 2-4 months or so? Also want to thank you for making a mod for everyone to enjoy!
 
Not an expected release, as one of our primary coders has vanished. But we're working, for sure.

Changed blade entirely. Looks not ech now.
 
Ok, looks great but one HUUUGGGEE issue. The way you showcased the tiles is lackluster. You showed the sprite sheets and those lovely pink lines I work with every single day. If you'd like, I'll give you some presentable images (I won't change the actual sprites, I'll just add some eye candy.) I should have them done by tomorrow if you wish to accept my offer. In exchange, I just want the satisfaction of helping someone out.
EDIT: Heck, I wanna help out even further. I noticed that the tile sprites as just recolourations of original Terraria blocks. If you'd like, I could make some blocks from scratch. (This, I would want credit for however.)

Yeah, I know what you mean. I haven't updated the tiles in a loooooong time. Many tiles were revamped, but if you'd like to help out we'd love to have you. As far as credit, I wouldn't see any reason not to credit anyone elses work. But yeah, recently we've been going through old sprites to refine them and what not, and I can definitely say the tiles need some love. :p

and love I shall give them! Spriting tiles is one of my favorite things to do!
