Thorium mod: Family Heirloom not spawning in with character

I've had this bug for a while now, but I haven't gone around fixing it until now. Whenever I make a new character, it never has the family heirloom. I don't know what is causing it and I need help.

No I do not have faster start I believe or any sort of mod that gives me the family heirloom.

Do you have Antiaris installed? I also didn't get the heirloom, among other starter items, while Antiaris was active.

I would say that is the problem then, easy to get around though - just temporarily disable Antiaris, make a new character/world, and transfer the starting items afterwards.
