You can't do it again if you already used Torch God's Favour
You're still able to redo the fight as long as you don't use it

Ah, I see. I think that should be removed, it'd be a lot easier than adding 2 whole new items. (Not that you have a bad idea.)

I considered that, but it would get annoying pretty fast if Torch God keeps reappearing anywhere with 100 torches even after you've beaten it already
It's better to have a manual summon so people can redo the event when they actually want to

If you simply don’t consume the favor or switch to a different character you can fight as many times as you want. Not that hard.

I would love the mega torch! I use white torches because they are brighter than normal and even ultrabright torches. A new and better option would be welcome. Regarding the torch god item, I’m rather indifferent. A way to consistently summon it would be welcome but I agree it’s largely unnecessary.

But why do you want it? What is the reason that one should want to do this fight again? You don't get anything from it, and I've never seen anyone call the fight fun.

For me personally, I'm collecting one of every item in Terraria and couldn't get another Torch God's Favour since my character already consumed one. Making a new character just for it is inconvenient

Some people might want to collect extras because the item just looks nice (seriously, it looks nice IMO).
