    There is no Herobrine in the Minecraft code and there is no Terrabrine in Terraria code. The rumor is false and neither of them exist in their respective games.

    To answer your question, if a thread on the same topic hasn't already been created, then yes, you are allowed to create a thread on it. Derailing other threads with off-topic discussion is what is not allowed.

    Ok i apoligise for derailing, its just that i recogniced the so called 'symptom' as one of the rumors. I wont start a thread about it untill i explicibally find real evidence in my game and save the clip.
