Mobile can't access certain buttons in menus in game with research open

when I have research a new item but not close the window after and open the menu, I can't push the buttons where the research window was.

Hi there @gellllle, I’m not able to replicate this. Can you give a step by step instruction of what you’re doing.

Here’s what I tried...
1. Open inventory, highlight an item that wasn’t fully researched
2. Tap Research (with the gear in front of it), then Research (with the checkmark in front of it).
3. Tap other buttons (like Housing button, or Inventory button), but not the Close button.

Any menu I open after that I’m still able to use the buttons that were underneath the research window.

They are talking about the journey mode button in the settings menu, it won’t open up until you close that window.

Yeah, in that case I think that the Close button just needs to be tapped.
