Cloud in a Bottle, Sandstorm in a Bottle, Blizzard in a Bottle, and Sharkron Balloon sprites are dead for the Tincture recipes

There's nothing terribly wrong with this one, but it doesn't appeal to me. "Stink Tincture", though...? How about "Pungent Tincture" instead?

I like this over the other island alts because I feel like the items feel more in Terraria's style and unique, both. It also feels like the type of alt biome Cenx would implement, something like the alt ores were or whatever.
