Sky Town: Ok, so they think there's a sky god. And they worship it with a giant tower.

Personality (optional): Nice guy but kinda ditzy and is a stubborn and adamant person
Gender (can't be piano): Male
Apperence: White anthropomorphic wolf without eyes who wears blue jeans, bandages, a white shirt, and dog tags
Weapons and Abilities:
Hacking spike: Hacks stuff
Drones: Act as shields or can be used for different types of attack
Nanite armor: Just armor that can be created and disappear in an instant

for the nanite armor, is it turning you invisible, turning it invisible, or just wishing it away. Same with created, like created onto your body, or created as in making it
 
Basically what he means is that the armor is created onto the body and can be unmade. Or that's how I think it works based on seeing it used.
