I wanted to start a thread like this for a while now. The idea is to talk about things that changed for the better in recent (or not) updates. It can be something that was way to easy and got more challenging, something underdeveloped, anything.I'll start:
-How did we survive back when we had those tiny chests.
-How did we survive back when the top gear was achieved in a day worth of playing
-How did we survive back when stopping the corruption was as easy as placing a couple of sunflowers.

Easy, with Adamantite.

Given my last two playthroughs in a row gave me Adamantite instead of Titanium, well... I can easily say that the Mechs and HM Jungle are easily survivable in Adamantite. Well, the Jungle... you might want a Bezoar to deal with the constant poison.
