Enemy HP isn't changed at all in Classic (or normal mode) for multiplayer. That includes bosses.
For Expert/Master Mode most enemies don't have their HP increased by more players. The scaling only effects bosses, the Goblin Summoner, and I believe it also impacts the Pirate Captain and Old One's Army enemies.
Many Pre-Hardmode enemies have their HP increased when Hardmode begins and then again when Plantera is defeated. Unfortunately I'm not sure of the formulas on any of them. I'm just letting you know what is & isn't impacted by MP scaling and the overall scaling in Expert/Master Mode.
I'd look it up on the wiki, it could help you, I also play with four people, and the moon lord can have up to 250000 health, with 8 players, I believe.
