Plantera because the Jungle's cool (not as cool as the Corruption but I don't want to marry a worm). Also he/she/it is the hardest boss (at least for me).

Let me respond with a story:
Back when I was in elementary school, we had a pretty wacky principal. We often had contests for reading a certain number of hours, or raising money for charity, things like that. And in return, the principal, Mrs. Rosa, would do something fun. She one kissed a pig, sang on stage (badly), etc. But I remember specifically one day when she went on stage and swam in a kiddie pool full of multicolored jello. It was odd, and weird, and to be expected from my school.

My relationship would kind of be like that, if you catch my drift.
 
Maybe the ice queen, is a queen have ice, fly and can kill things
I also like the Pirate crossbower, but she is not a boss...
