I woke up in a crashed, burning escape pod. Hastily, I climbed out and scoured my surroundings. A strange man was nearby, wandering around aimlessly. Some goop was there too.
The man noticed my situation and we sprung into action. We found a pool of water nearby and built a quick tube to channel it to the fire.
My first note was the trees. On my homeworld, trees were bendy and dark green with blue leaves. Yet, here they are brown with green leaves and perfectly straight!
Night fell, and the man (who called himself Kyle the Guide) invited me into his hut. It was small and pitiful compared to the giant skyscrapers and communications towers of my homeworld, but it got the job done.
The creatures that came out looked weird too.
