Texture Pack Moon Lord texture from mobile Chinese version of Terraria 1.3

Hi, no one has the texture of the Moon Lord from the Chinese version of Terraria 1.3? I would do it myself, but that's just not enough experience.
If someone wants to take up this business, here is a video in which I saw this texture
 
i think requests are posted in general texture pack discussion, but i'm unsure as i haven't seen many.
i've actually tried doing this before but was told that it may violate copyright laws as these sprites belong to the chinese developers and may be proprietary.
