With like the gray parts cycling through the pillar colors like the ancient manipulator?

No need to delete the post - you can still make the pack, you just need to message the artist and ask for their permission.

You could also learn how texture pack making works, look for the moon lord textures, and make the pack yourself. Of course, you should only use it for personal use until you get permission from the original artist.

The moon lord does look cool but if it were in-game it will look a bit weird sorry I am not a hater but if it were in-game it would not look very stylish.

You can try and distribute the colors in more subtle ways.
