It will be very dissapointing if its just 1 slime town pet with different "styles" (in similar way like the already existing Rabbit , Cat , Dog have different "breed" styles.)
And very misleading given the GIF that they presented.

Also would like to point out that it says enjoying Terraria or other games in the franchise... Terraria 2 is honestly inevitable at this point and I can't wait!

But seriously, though, more town pets are a great thing!
(I mean. Just three town pets? Some of the townsfolk would probably get pretty lonely without a pet.)
