Clockwork Alpha

Skeletron Prime
The True Terra Blade would be an upgraded version of the regular terra blade.

Base Damage: 135
Projectile: Normal terra blade projectile, but spins like the True Night's Edge projectile
Critical Chance: 4%
Sell Price: 50 gold
Crafting station: Orichalcum/Mythril anvil
Crafting recipe: (as you might have guessed) Terra Blade + Broken Hero Sword
Speed: Same as terra blade

I got the alert for this thread. I literally smacked my forehead.

It appears that we do not learn from previous mistakes.
When have we ever?

Anyway, I'll give my opinion. First of all, spinning is a moot point. It has no tactical advantage other than making the hitbox slightly larger. Secondly, RNG. Broken Hero Swords are annoying enough (not to me, but others...) Finally, it's boring. Nothing special other than a damage buff. Overall, just...no. I'm sorry.

"After all, when we had all the books we needed, we still insisted on finding the highest cliff to jump off. But we do need a breather. We do need knowledge. And perhaps in a thousand years we might pick smaller cliffs to jump off."
- Fahrenheit 451

Relevant!

Anyways. Agreed with above. We don't need this at all.

i really dont understand why people want another terra blade. the damage you gave it is the highest of all weapons added so far, outclassing that of the sniper rifle. also RNG is another problem. overall no support

H-how Did you know I was Reading Fahrenheit 451 right now!?!

OT: has already been suggested before, this suggestion hasn't even proven itself to be even remotely interesting.

No support.

ask a moderator to lock it.
Most of the time only the TC may request that. The moderators only lock threads without the TC's consent when they violate the rules or if the topic has derailed completely, like the "core" discussion the other day. While this is an idea no one will support for reasons repeated so many times above, it is not against the rules to suggest it. Unless the mods add another line below Cthulhu.

He is the TC though, and it looks like he realized his mistake. If thats the case, I think it would be best for all of us if he requested a lock.
