For me hmm
Either... Nebula armor (cause punching things would give you random glowing flames that act as buffs.)
Gravity globe? (randomness that could kill me or the world...)
UFO Mount (Flying at 45mph {with no fuel requirements} is better than driving at 80)
Portal Gun XD
Teleporters, cause I would be the best person in the world at that point. Also LAZINESS is now OVER 9000!!!!
Maybe Greedy ring that Money drops when you hit stuff, Pick up range and gives discounts at stores. (Truly worth having)
Hmm There is so much more

I really couldn't decide these are just a few of the only that item I would bring.

If it's a Mana using weapon you can use it, you have as much mana as you can have.

An armor set counts as one thing.

Stackable items can be brought in full stacks

PvP on Earth is off for Terrarian weapons, you won't accidentally kill people with your weapon.

So anyway, my choice is:
Frostspark Boots! Because running and flying. And Ice Skating that's easy as :redspin:
Or, Aqua Scepter, to just spray water whenever I wanna.
Or a Yellow Horseshoe Balloon, jump real high and do a cool spinny thing in the air, AND no fall damage!

1.3 added a whole lot of things I'd like. Of things 1.3 brought, I'd have to say the Blessed Apple. I wanna be able to poof a unicorn out of nowhere and ride it at super speed!
 
If I chose a sword - Meowmere! Dangerous and shoot KITTEHS!
If I chose a ranged weapon - Megashark. I would've chose Tactical Shotgun but that's in real life to, so I guess it doesn't count.
If I chose a magic weapon - Either the Flower of Frost or the Rainbow Gun.
If I chose a summoning item - Eater's Bone or Pygmy Staff. Baby EoS is super cute and who doesn't want some tiny tiki guy shooting javelins at your emenies?
If I chose a tool - The Axe
If I chose an equipable - Ice/Frost Wings
If I chose an armor set - Turtle Armor. Whoever bothers to hurt me will feel it right back.
If I chose a consumable - Life Fruit. I would become tougher and stronger. Also I would literally have a heart of gold!
If I choose a potion - Greater Healing Potion
If I chose a vanity set and dyes - Plumber's hat and Mining Shirt dyed Sky Blue, Mining Pants. Or all rainbow dyed.
