Currently in the process of updating this post, please check back for changes.
I hope I don't need to remind you that TCF rules still apply.
If you have any questions, just ask.

- No godmodding/powerplay/metagaming. As this is a rather ambiguous, blanket rule, personal judgement will need to be used. If you feel something is bordering on godmodding, please ask other members. I reserve the final say on what goes and doesn't go in case of a dispute.
- No bunnying — i.e. using other characters without the permission of their owners.
- This roleplay currently uses the system of rolling two d20s (or using an equivalent random number generator) to decide the outcome of combat events; one die for the defender, one die for the attacker. The higher roll is successful, and the impact of a successful hit is typically determined through roleplay. A d20 is also used to randomise the outcome of many other uncertain events, such as athletic or acrobatic feats, hacking, etc.
- Permission is required from the character owner as to whether a character may be killed in combat. If the logic of an RP scenario may result in, or has resulted in, a situation where a character should die, despite the wishes of the owner, please take a moment to discuss this OOC. I recommend that, if you feel an event may reasonably result in character fatalities, that you provide warning in advance and determine possible alternate outcomes if necessary.
- Other methods of determining the outcome of combat may be used, with the consent of others involved. This includes using alternate dice (e.g. a d10, rather than d20), scripted encounters with no random numbers, and adding/subtracting constant numbers to/from rolls as modifiers.
- At this time, modifiers to a d20 have generally been constrained to no greater than +4, outside of specific, special events. What modifier is reasonable will depend heavily on the situation involved, and consider whether a roll is even necessary, or if the outcome may be interpreted differently, to have the same effect without modifying the roll directly. As always, if in doubt, ask.
- All primary characters require an application to be submitted to and accepted in the OOC thread before they may be used in the roleplay. If you wish for your charcter to remain secret, please send me your application through DMs.
- There is currently no limit to the number of primary characters you may have in this roleplay.
- Secondary charcters or NPCs may be used without application, however, should be used in a manner befitting their status as an NPC. This includes generic enemies, unnamed background characters, shopkeepers, or other such typical positions. If a secondary character grows to be too prominent, you may be asked to provide an application to turn them into a primary character before using them further.
- Permission to kill does not apply to secondary characters. If you require a secondary character to remain alive, please state this ahead of time.
I hope I don't need to remind you that TCF rules still apply.

If adding a faction, please first ask in the OOC for guidance on doing so. The template below provides a guideline for helping shape ideas and what things may need to be considered in adding a faction. Completion of the template exactly is not mandatory.
