PAPER FORT LOGO BUILD CONTEST - WIN A COPY OF THE BOARD GAME!

Between June 4th and June 11th, Paper Fort Games are hosting an in-game build contest; the prize is a Hellstone level Kickstarter Pledge! To enter, recreate the Paper Fort Games logo within Terraria and share a screenshot of your creation on Twitter or Instagram between June 4th and June 11th with the hashtag #terrariaboardgame, tagging in @paperfortgames.

You will want to get a head start on your builds quickly in order to maximize your chances of winning this epic prize! We encourage you to interpret the logo creatively; you could recolour your world to match, build a base that resembles the castle or do something completely different; the choice is yours! We can’t wait to see what you create.

The winner will be chosen by the Paper Fort Games team and announced on June 12th; the winner will also be contacted via DM on Twitter. Please note, to win you must be in a region that the game can be shipped to (see the Kickstarter page for details), but shipping costs will be covered by us.

The winner, as well as some of the team’s other favourites, will be shared with the community on the campaign page and in campaign updates.

if only owning terraria on all platforms gave you a discount on the board game....

jokes aside it looks great, im probably gonna see what stretch goals get added since as i was typing this it just passed the 180k goal then ill drop my pledge.

gonna be hard for me to buy something this costly since i just bought a framework laptop..... but itll be worth it lol

I will say that our playtests have been lots of fun - we always seem to run out of time/time flies by, which is a good thing. Still lots more to see and do, but what we have seen has been legit fun.

Definitely feels like "Terraria Board Game" and not "random board game idea with Terraria IP slapped on top".

You meant on only one platform? The price of 3ds terraria will skyrocket if it happens

I really liked that last statement. It looks amazing, congratulations to the team
I'm assuming there won't be any pvp involved (hopefully, I don't want to lose more friends in the process)

Is that a good thing? Isn't that why people hate monopoly

Keep in mind our play tests are going to be much more inefficient.

For one, it’s all virtual testing that would be far faster with physical pieces and for two there are a lot of questions and discussion about anything and everything.

So like you might play out one turn and then a discussion starts and it’s 45 minutes gone before you know it coming up with ideas and tweaks.

Time flies when you are having fun fits the bill too.

I’ll say that pretty quickly we started doing a lot of working together and using creative solutions vs just “smash monster, repeat”. It took us a few turns for that “Terraria thinking” to kick in… but kick in it did.

Ah, I never thought about that. Still pretty exited for it either way, I like monopoly

I'd like to pledge but right now the game doesn't ship to my country. (latin america) Will the released version ship internationally?

I'm new to Kickstarters, is there a reason to fund it now? It's already hit the goal, so what's the extra for? And when the campaign ends, will it just be available to order, or will you need to have donated?
