tModLoader Thoughts on the Luiafk mod

So since the author is literally "afk" for a while now, the mod closed sourced and Terraria just updated to 1.4 i thought about creating an open source project that would mimic some of the Luiafk features. I am mainly intrested in the unlimited Buffs/Ammo and fishing rods that require no bait.

What are your thoughts on this?

Many other mods already accomplish similar things.
