Mobile Weird Vertical Movements Upon Inventory Opening

When you open the inventory on android atleast the screen makes this vertical movement that puts you towards the sky.

Quite hard to keep up with whats going on when this happens.

Hope this can be fixed or made into a setting

it made teleport with the rod of discord harder because it move the target postion offscreen in some cases
