Randomly we are dying while golfing on our server in the getfixedboi seed. The reason in chat is because of darkness, which makes no sense since the area is well lit and the area where the golf ball goes is also lit up pretty well. edit: The dying happens only while you watch the golf ball go its way, since our track is based on a lot of falling down you watch the golf ball for up to 30 seconds

So you're dying from darkness when you're off screen? That would make sense if the game isn't computing lighting for players off screen.

I think the game gets rid of the light in off-screen areas to save resources and prevent glitches. So, unfortunately, I don't think this can be fixed without causing lag issues normally.

We had previously fixed this, but it seems like the bug came back from the dead! We'll look into this, thanks for the report!
