PC Crystal Serpent in Hallowed Snow Biome?

Hello.

I was wondering if you could get the crystal serpent in a hallowed snow biome? I've looked at the wiki and it says that you can get it in a hallow biome. Does that mean that it is possible to get it in any types of hallow biome or only the natural hallow biome?

I recently set up a cavern level pond with pink ice to catch the elusive Scaly Truffle and managed to snag a Crystal Serpent so, yes, it is possible.
