Arctic predator

It is inspired by animals who went extinct by last ice age.

Description:

* Headset: Arctic predator hood
White smilodons head. (although very deep that head is entirely covered)

* torso: Arctic predator Jacket
White Jacket with thick spiky metal plates and huge fluffy collar.

* boots: Arctic predator boots
Heavy blue boots with thick spiked metal plates.

In the picture it doesn't look like it would live in cold places (by the thin jacket).

The Subterranean Dweller Armor​

After much careful consideration and choice, I have decided to design something never seen before. I have called it "The Subterranean Dweller Armor". This armor is based off a fictional creature that I have completely made up. I have also designed custom lore for the dwellers. I did not intend for this armor to resemble any existing character. If it does, then that is a complete coincidence.

Here is some backstory on these mysterious creatures...​

Long ago in the world of Terraria. there was a race of creatures who lived in the lava-filled caverns of the earth. They were tall and humanoid, and somehow, through genetic mutation or natural causes, they sprouted three heads instead of just one. Generations of living underground have caused their eyes to completely disappear, rendering them completely blind. They seem to live off of the energy of their core, which is made of pure lava, and their mouths are always ignited, likely to fuel their devastating fire breath. They have a hardened exoskeleton that is made of an unknown substance. They have long since died out, but their remains have been collected by creatures of the underground, and if they were recovered, they could be repaired and displayed upon one's body as a trophy or embellishment. However, upon recovering this set, it's functional purposes will be lost, rendering it but only for vanity.

About the set​

Below is a visual representation of the vanity set, as well as a very rough representation of what it might look like on a character.

Again, it is completely aesthetic, and the full set will completley conceal the character. It has a rare chance to be dropped by enemies in the lava cavern layer of the overworld (but not in the underworld). They can also be dyed like regular vanity sets. I sprited the models myself in Piskel.

Notes​

-Again, this is my idea, but if references exist, they are coincidental and I did not know about this before. The images were also made by me.
-I've never done spriting before, so forgive me if it looks a bit rough or out of scale.
-If possible, the mouths and heart will glow in the dark.
-Forgive me for late submission, It took a while for me to get the inspiration for this design.

Please consider this submission for the contest, but if you prefer better designs than this, that is completely fine with me. But I would be thrilled if this made it into the final game!

I've decided to temporarily call it "Purple Midnight" but I'm not sure if that has to be permanent. I didn't have much divine inspiration, I just thought these colors are not really found in any of the vanity or armor sets currently and think they look really cool. I went for a kinda sleek look, it reminds me a little of the fossil armor set, but a little more alien bug like. I was thinking the neon green lines could be glow lines and glow even in the dark. Maybe it could be crafted using the fossil armor set, silk, green dye, and purple dye.

Anyway, hope you think it's kinda cool at least 8)

Here is my Submission. I call it the phantom. I'm pretty sure this won't win but it was fun to make. I'm not the greatest artist but if this does win then it has a 0.01% chance of dropping from wraiths in expert mode. Once the full set is equipped, the user gets a 20% speed boost and a grey trail along with night vision. Although this is only if you don't equip it in the vanity section. This means that you won't get any defense benefits from this vanity item.

This was pretty hard to make and took a few hours to settle on this design

“The Enforcer” Vanity Set


Headpiece - “The principle” - a dark blue helmet with a yellow visor.

Torso piece - “Galaxy Chestplate” - a chestplate with the color being the galaxy (is that a color? Probably not). The top of the chestplate has a brown piece of cloth, and on top of that cloth, there are blue-green crystals that have a pulsating animation.

Legging piece - “Galaxy Leggings” - leggings that are the galaxy color (same as the chestplate). The galaxy colors on these leggings are a bit darker than the chestplate. The tips of the shoes are yellow with purple surrounding them.

Quote for headpiece: “Worlds most feared helmet”
Quote for torso piece: “Comes with toxic crystals”
Quote for legging piece: “You might have trouble putting them on”

Animations:
-Normal Terraria animations
-Chestplate crystals are pulsating

How to obtain:
Either:

1. Awarded when getting the “Champion of Terraria” achievement (all parts of the set awarded).
2. Each part of the set have a chance to be awarded when killing the Lunar event pillars (either the solar, vortex, nebula or stardust pillars)
3. Or some other way, I don’t really care (I would just preferably like it to be awarded closer to the end of the game)

The enforcer set is a representation of what the player becomes at the end of their journey. They become an enforcer of peace, an enforcer of justice, and an enforcer of evil. I made this set to try to symbolize this. It’s nice to know that this journey has been going on for so long, but I think it’s about time to have the Journey’s End. Thank you Terraria developers for making this such an incredible journey for not only me, but for the game itself.
