Probably at the same time as the rest of the consoles. I feel your pain though, Switch seems like it's not cared for as much as other consoles

My advice is to not pay attention to any information or rumors about release dates unless it comes directly from Re-Logic itself. A majority of the time false info spreads from people who make guesses or predictions about when an update will release. It is worse when someone does claim a release date when there is no evidence behind it.

When the 1.4 update is ready for Consoles, that information will be shared in a Forum announcement which usually comes from Loki. It might be in 2020, it might be later. Statements from the developers themselves are the only things that should be trusted.
