I would like to know too, but it looks like getting a answer other than "working on it" or "unable to replicate" isn't going to happen. It was said they were making good progress on a complete rebuild, but that too seems to have disappeared...
Get an iOS device and you will get better support. I know this has been said not to be the case, but obviously it has been their (505 Games) priority. I know it isn't 505 Games doing the code before someone gets all riled up, but they do manage it.
