Short Story [Taking Requests] My take on the lore of Terraria!

I want a theory about how mana came to be, and what that has to do with the fallen stars
or a theory about wraiths, reapers, (ghost like mobs) and how they came to be, what role they play, etc.
i'm enjoying your stories so far! keep doing what you're doing!

Great stuff! Keep it up!

Where do the town people(Dryad, merchant, nurse) come from before they come to you're house?
Who's the Angler?
Why did the guide spawn with you, but no one else?

Anyways, this is great!

Perhaps that the Corruption, Crimson and Hallows are the regions of three gods, who were the first three humans to ever set foot. Cthulu for the crimson, Ocram for the Corruption, and the dead third goddess for the Hallows.

I like your idea that you came up with, but I have different lore for Cthulhu, Ocram (who isn't a god), and the god of the Hallow (who is also the Sun god the Lihzahrd worship). My three gods are the Spirit of Light, who's name has been lost to time, the Spirit of Dark, Cthulhu, and the Spirit of Purity, creator of the world and mother of Light and Dark, Gaea.

Heh? ._. but the lizhards aren't even related to the hallows. The lizhards master the summoning piece of an EVIL event; the solar eclipse [look the new solar fragment tablet]. The Lizhard is more suitable like the 'neutral' section, one that has been living on the planet long before the trio even came.

The lizhards as well are capable of physical enhancement [the sun stone, combinable with the moonstone], animating inanimate or non-flesh monsters [Plantera and The Golem. Plantera is the floral 'guardian' of the Temple, safely stashing away the key to any trespassers].

The Lihzahrd have a very strong connection to the Sun, they have a sun altar and the temple is based off of Aztec temples, which suggests they worship the Sun. Cthulhu is already known to control the Corruption and be one with the Moon, so his opposite, the Light god, must be one with the Sun. Also, the Hallow won't touch the Jungle, while the Corruption destroys it. Adding on to that, all plants rely on sunlight for life, so I imagine Plantera, the guardian of the Jungle (which I see as being as old as the jungle itself rather then made by the Lihzahrd), would also be a creation of the Sun god, therefor guarding the temple key for the Lihzahrd, who are also servants of the Sun God.

The Hallows isn't related to the sun, the hallows is alligned with Purity, and the direct counterpart of the Corruption ;). Just because the Hallows doesn't take over the jungle, doesn't mean they are of it. Besides, hallows CAN take over jungle, if it has been taken over by the corruption/crimson first [this is in actuality an oversight/bug, because mud permanently turns dirt. there is no 'corrupt' mud/jungle grass. The only variant of it is Mushroom.]

Tbh, as far as I'm aware there is no official statement saying such things concerning Terraria Lore. :) This whole thread is about Hero of Terra's take on Terraria Lore so really he can write it however he wants and there's not a lot of room to argue about it :p

I know differences between fanmade lore and ingame content ;). The dryad confirms that the Hallows is the 'purity' that needs to spread, and battle the Corruption. The crimson is entirely unrelated to it [where later revealed, it is related to the Moon.]
