you can always edit the first message here, If you click on more options, you will see the upload button there.
You can also use the same method you did on the status updates.

Um.. I've decided to take only Terraria related requests :)
(Actually, I don't know anything about Pokemon other than Pikachu and Ash
 
In time, my child, shall you be blessed with Pokémon. Ash and Pikachu are of little worth to us.

Anyway, I guess I could muster up a Terraria related request. Eventually. Maybe.
 
Would you please please please please please draw my Terraria character? He wears a white lab coat, blue goggles with a green strap, yellow rubber gloves, a green T-shirt, blue trousers and black boots. He has blue eyes, brown hair and pale skin.

There are lots of reference images in the 'my army' section of my signature!

That would be awesome!

I used to, but these days, I mostly do my works from start to end with Clip Studio Paint.

Huh... I may need to look into this Clip Studio Paint. I never found a program like SAI that could emulate penstrokes as well.

SAI is a completely fine program to use, and I've been using SAI longer than Clip.
The only reason I use Clip is because I can add texts without having to do a second touch to the work on Photoshop.
Also, Clip isn't free while SAI is :)
