you have a point, rightThere could be an option to do that?
Either way, doesn't seem like a major problem with the forums.

People use tombstone as a "dislike" reaction? I always thought it was more of a "I'm dead"I don't know if this has been suggested before, but could the tombstone reaction be changed to give reaction points?
If the axe reaction was changed to give reaction points, and it's absolutely only used to express disagreement with something (yes I get the intention behind it but nobody uses it for that), I don't see why the tombstone reaction shouldn't be changed to give reaction points as well. For the most part it seems like basically an alternate laugh reaction and so I think it should reward reaction points as such. If you really want to react to someone with a grey rock and not reward them with points for it, you can use the boulder reaction.
No yeah the tombstone is used as an "i'm dead" reaction like you said. Personally I think this warrants reaction points ('dead' reactions currently give no points from my experience).People use tombstone as a "dislike" reaction? I always thought it was more of a "I'm dead"
The suspicious reaction kind of works like that.As a reaction idea, how about a "question mark" reaction?
Hm, true. Then again, the "like" and "love" reaction are also pretty similar - so I don't think it's completely out of the count. The suspicious reaction kind of works like that.
I have kind of thought the same in the past.I don't know if this has been suggested before, but could the tombstone reaction be changed to give reaction points?

Honestly, since there's not really a clear defenition of tombstone reactions, I believe it should grant points.I disagree with the idea of the tombstone giving points. It’s very often used on posts considered bad as a way that feels like “aw what the hell” or like it’s comically bad or ridiculous
There are plenty of bad suggestions, many of which I’ve made, that got a bajillion tombstones
The lack of definition is definitely a reason for it to not grant points…Honestly, since there's not really a clear defenition of tombstone reactions, I believe it should grant points.
Can you explain your point further? Some people don't use the tombstone as a bad reaction, so we shouldn't be leaving them out of the picture (if that's what you meant)The lack of definition is definitely a reason for it to not grant points…
What I mean is if it can be interpreted negatively, which it very often is, it shouldn’t be treated as if it’s always positive and a rewardCan you explain your point further? You’re right. But not giving points doesn’t automatically mean it’s negative; suspicious doesn’t give or take any points eitherWhat I mean is if it can be interpreted positively, which it very often is, it shouldn't be treated as if it's always negative and a complaint.
Then I believe it should! You’re right. But not giving points doesn’t automatically mean it’s negative; suspicious doesn’t give or take any points either
