Yes, indeed it does. It took me about 3 hours before I got a Lizard Egg. I know it may seem impossible to obtain, but if it exists on console, it definately exists on PC/Mobile.

I think my first trip in to the Temple when it came out for my egg... But it's not my cupa tea for pet wise, so it's stashed somewhere.
